Saint Anne launched small groups for adults during the Lent 2025 season with overwhelming support!
Through the follow up questionnaires submitted online, most parishioners requested a structured approach to small groups moving forward. We are happy to announce that we will be hosting table discussion meetings for Small Groups this fall.
The first series of six sessions will be held in the Hospitality Room on Wednesdays from October 8 to November 12, 2025. Times to be announced. Each session will follow the general format of the Arise – Together in Christ process from Renew International. A signup link will be circulated for each session.
We will have Small Groups organized in advance of the sessions based on the feedback in the questionnaires. In addition, we will reach out to those who expressed interest in leading or hosting a Small Group for a special meeting in September.
If you have any questions or would like to attend the meeting for leaders/hosts in September, please contact Andrea Wirt, Director of Community Development, at a[email protected] or 847-382-5300.

To understand more about the Small Group process, we encourage you to read a brief overview HERE. We also suggest that you watch the videos from our five introductory sessions during Lent, featured at the bottom of this Web page.
At the first small group session on March 6, 2025, Fr. John Trout gave a presentation explaining the purpose and history of Small Groups.

We will be adding more resources for Small Groups, so please check back periodically.
