Courtyard Mass and Parish Picnic

Join us for a new parish tradition – Mass in the Courtyard! We’ll gather in the grassy area next to the school gym for a beautiful evening of prayer and worship, followed by food, music, and fun for all ages.

Whether you are already part of our parish or just want to see what it is all about, you are welcome!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Mass Details: Mass will be celebrated by Fr. John Trout and will begin at 5:15 p.m.  There will be no Mass in the Church at that time.

What to Bring: Your family & friends, lawn chairs and blankets.

Food:  Bring your own picnic dinner and beverages (alcoholic beverages are permitted). There will also be free burgers, hot dogs, chips, ice cream, pop and water to enjoy.  Please register for the event, so there is enough for everyone!

Entertainment for Picnic:  Bob the DJ, Face Painting and other Kids’ Activities

Parking: Parking is available in the Church parking lots and on the street. Due to the expected large turnout, please plan for additional time to find parking.

Accessibility: Reserved handicapped parking and a convenient drop-off area will be right outside the Courtyard on Franklin Street.  There will be table seating for those with limited mobility. 

Rain Plan: If it is raining, the Mass will move inside the Church, and the festivities will be moved inside.  For updates, please visit the www.stannebarrington.org. 

VOLUNTEER FOR MASS AND PICNIC IN THE COURTYARD!

Volunteering in the Courtyard is a great way to get to know other parishioners in a very relaxed environment. Opportunities include set-up, food wrapping (great for families), kids’ activities, food serving and clean-up.  Visit the link below to sign up for a shift!
